This is the Cadet Flying Rocket kit by Estes.

A fast and easy build, featuring injection molded base with integral fins and launch lugs. Includes a pre-colored body tube with stickers for decoration. No painting required. Utilizes a 12" brightly colored parachute for recovery. Great looking and fast assembly is why you'll love the Cadet!
